Full Service Design
Lindsay sets up an initial consultation to meet with perspective clients and assess current interior space and discuss design needs.
Clients are then presented with two different design concepts. Presentations may include floorplans, color palettes (including paint selections), furniture, textiles, material samples, and accessories - all depending on client needs.
Design concepts may then be tweaked and/or approved into a final design plan. Implementation of design will include sourcing and oversight of installation of finishes and furnishings.
Meetings and design hours are billed hourly with an estimate of hours and fees given at the onset of the project. When possible, products are sold below retail.
A la Carte
Design Consultation | Lindsay meets with clients to discuss design needs. Two design concepts are presented to provide ideas on design elements such as furniture layout, color palette, paint selections, textiles, wall coverings, furniture, and accessories. With this service, there will be no execution of plans or purchasing of goods.
Furniture and Space Planning | Lindsay meets with clients to view layout of space and determine client needs. Clients are then presented with furniture layout plans using new and/or existing furniture.
Color Selection | After an initial consultation to determine design needs, Lindsay helps clients select paint colors, find the perfect wallpaper and/or fabrics to update and brighten a space.
Accessory and Furniture Shopping | Lindsay accompanies clients as they shop for the perfect sofa or new lamp to provide that “stylistic eye.” Depending on clients’ needs, Lindsay will guide the “hunt” or let clients lead the way to their favorite store.
Real Estate Staging | Small changes to an interior space could mean fewer days on the market. Lindsay provides advice on how to make clients’ interiors look the very best for potential buyers. Clients are provided with a list of doable and affordable design suggestions.
Flat fee pricing is based on the scope of the project and the level of service provided
